A nice early Knoll Credenza, with black finish, the right cupboard door encloses 2 Cutlery drawers, the second a half width adjustable plate glass shelf. The left 2 doors enclose a single full width plate glass shelf.
This model comes with the added extra, single key locking device which is housed under the marble top, which bears the stamped completion date of this piece which is october 1971 (it actually says Okt 1971 as it was produced in Germany for Knoll International)

These are in great vintage condition, and are by far the best Plunkett pieces we have come across, super cool, super comfortable ans super scarce !!!

Very rare 1st edition Lounge chair model   F551, Big Tulip, or 'Le Cygne' or Swan chair and footstool  by Pierre Paulin for Artifort C1963

Can't tell you how hard it is to find this chair, and to have it with the footstool is extraordinary !
At the moment it has not been touched, the fabric is hideous, and the base has a few rust spots, but nothing very problematical, the foam appears to be good, although until we strip it off, we can't be sure.
You have the option of purchasing it as it is, or we will eventually restore it to it's former glory. We will cover in Kvadrat Tonus fabric as it would have been originally, and at the moment the colour would be your choice.
If you do a web search for this piece you will see that the later versions have a squarer back, and that this one was only made for a very short while, and also that this one is on the first type of base, the fixed cross, which was later replaced with a swivel, pedestal base ( although Artifort have recently re-introduced this one, but not on this shape of chair.

Lamino chair and footstool by Yngve Eckstrom for Swedese

Arne Vodder Desk for Sibast

Superb multi functional table desk, designed by Arne Vodder for Sibast, and with a brass label and also stamped 51, which I am sure is the year of production, making this a very early example as it was designed in 1951.The table can be used without the drawers, which have an open bookshelf to the back, and themselves slide out altogether, as a dining table, or with the drawers in for a large desk.

Bruno Mathsson model 36 lounge chair in leather

Very rare early, original and untouched leather model 36 long lounge chair by Bruno Mathsson for Karl Mathsson. Designed in 1933-36, this chair/chaise normally comes in interwoven canvas webbing, but this one retains it's original buttoned dark oxblood leather cover.
This is without doubt one of the most comfortable of all mid-century pieces, it makes sitting on a Corbusier chaise feel like a bed of nails  !!!

Falcon chair by Sigurd Ressel for Vatne Mobler, Norway C 1970

A superb example of this very under rated classic, it is very stylish, has an innovative 'hammock' design, and is very comfortable.
The Chrome framed model is reported to have ceased production in 1973 due to high manufacturing cost. This one has beautifully patinated brown leather, and the Chrome frame is in great condition.

Original Joe Colombo Model No.4801 chair in white Plywood 1963

A very nice original, early example of this very sought after design Icon. This chair was designed in 1963/4 for Kartell, and being number 55 of the limited run is one of the very first.
Made from 3 interlocking plywood pieces , this piece marks the end of the wooden era for Joe, before embarking mostly on designs intended to be produced in Plastic.
If you are a serious collector, or just a fan of the late great Mr. Colombo, then this is the one for you!
